No picture for this one!
I was reading the Onion online, and Oliver came up to the computer and said, and I KID YOU NOT, "Oh there's Barack Obama."
My jaw just hit the floor! I can't believe he knows who Barack Obama is. This confirms my suspicion that he knows WAY more than I expect he does.

We're back on it
Oliver has had MANY months of growing and playing and learning since our last post. Here a few from his birthday to Halloween. Enjoy!

First sips of the bubbly
Ella Sue came and showed Oliver how to party. :-) Come back Ella!!

Cake tastes good!
For moi?

Oh I get it!

FUN!

Ollie's cousin Berlin has the same color hair!!

Fun with tooth pics. Thanks gramma Judy

You mean my grand-dad OWNS a tractor?!?!

Oliver is getting his skate legs!

Faster daddy, faster!

Weee!
Silly!
The fire station had another education/community outreach event this year. Oliver was stoked!
Move over, Uncle Nick!

I really wish I had his hair color!
The gratuitous photo in front of the sani can.

HEAVE!

Funnest hay bale ride ever!!!
Happy Halloween!!!
Drum roll please... We introduce the tiniest, and most red headed Joey Ramone ever!
Once Oliver understood that all he had to do was say trick or treat, all bets were off. Everyone make way!
Yah...Only in Corvallis would anyone make a link between a cat and an alpaca.
Oh...Hello puppy statue!

Let's kiss!

And he's spent
As most of know by now, Oliver is headed for big brotherhood. Here are some photos of the belly...or the moon. You decide. :-)

Oliver's new baby brother or sister is due November 18th. :-) We'll share as soon as we can!
And he's spent

He can say mama, papa, and baby!
It's been way too long again, I'm afraid. This is Ollie back in November helping me dig a hole for a plant.
Work it...
Who is that hot repair man??
I still spend a lot of my time doting on the boy.

He seriously loves a good game of peek aboo!

And you'll see how he's made fast friends with our new kitty, Penny.
He loves to play with hats!

And he has officially located all the holes in his head. And if you're not quick he'll locate yours for you, too.
What's wrong with that?
The holidays were awesome. Ollie really makes them!

This is our little Christmas tree on Christmas eve.
And Oliver noticed his new Tonka truck right away! He sat here for a good 5 minutes! (That's like 2 hrs in adult time.)
Thanks again, Uncle Nick!
We took our time opening presents

Cutest thing. EVER.

Ollie took to chillin' with Penny after we were through

I think he wanted to go to work with Riley...
I had to put a few photos of the ocean up for you land locked friends and family. :-)

He does this from time to time. At home or at the store, he's pretty comfortable with himself.

Riley hooked me up with a BEAUTIFUL piano for my 30th!

Pals.

He loves his trike!
Peas on my face?
Huge daddy shirt
First scuffed knee!
It snowed!!!

And Oliver got a new teddy!
I think he likes it :-)

Way too long!
Wow. It's been a really long time since we posted a blog, and so much has happened in the last couple of months! Oliver has been keeping really busy! This is his last big job he did for us in the old house.

You can tell by the food on his face and the nakedness of his body, that this is a pre-bath photo
We celebrated his first birthday at the new place.

MMMmmmm...
We quickly got down to the business of unpacking the following day.
Well, here it is. This is our tiny house.
And this is our GIGANTIC back yard. YEA!!!!
Can you still see Riley?
Oliver didn't skip a beat during the move. He just kept right on with the business of giving little piggy a skate board ride
hanging with mom,
working on his Cash impression
oh yes...and figuring out raspberries and olives was so FUN!

He's so big he can just have the banana.
You know it!
AHHH!!!!!

If it weren't for the little elf ears and the bink, you wouldn't know it was Ollie, right?
The fun gene runs in the family.
The fire department did some community outreach and we took full advantage of getting up close!

But then "Sparky" got a little too close...

Oliver freakin' loves these tubes!

Oh yeah and cones rule, too.

I love him.
And he loves bath time still
Seriously? I couldn't resist.
There's nothing better than a baby in a black onesie with black knee socks on.

Yea for baby swim!

This photo was taken by Riley in the morning, and there was still a tear on his cheek that evening when he came home from work.
He can ambi-spoon feed

UPPP!!
He was a skunk for Halloween!
We went to our first neighborhood Halloween kid's party.

And we also went down town to see all the trick or treaters
Riley gives the best stroller rides!
UPPP!!

Yay for summer!
He's growing, but he's still our tiny!
Let the camping adventures begin!
Here our model demonstrates how to chill and still maintain a standard of cool
Outside tastes good...
This is Ollie's famous smiley scrunchy face.
He thought the tent was the best!

He even helped set it up...kind of
He is such a ham now!

morning snugs with papa
Again with the scrunchy face, but this one is much more severe, right?
Whitey mick whiterson!
Ollie likes to show you his food
And he shares, too

Clonal, much?
We have lots of flowers to check out
And the sheriff keeps everyone in line

and no more infant tub for this babe, he's in the big leagues now!

He gives sooooo much love to Jezebelle,
His froggie
HAHAHA
And his blankie!
We pushed it with a long car ride to a different camping spot. We had to celebrate Aunt Kari's birthday and kickback after a long ride through grad school.
But it was worth the wait!

He got a little chilly
But that didn't stop the fun
After a long night with very little sleep (due to unfamiliar surroundings) we all hung around the camp fire before the morning nap

I'm pretty sure Oliver ate 1/2 of the forest floor and wore the other half.

We were all pretty tired after that last adventure

Waves hello and gives love, too!
These days Ollie can be found ambling around while holding onto furniture, walls, legs, and kitties...
He has all sorts of things to say, and he seems to love THBT THBT THBT the best
He's getting used to life at the beach.

Waiting for his mom in the ocean (she's the one in the background)

He's learning how to take naps on mom's back
play in the sun
he's trying to tell mom that her hairline looks a little high in this one...she doesn't get it
He has really been working hard in the garden!

And there is so much work to do in the kitchen!
GRRR! This is a relatively new scruntchy face, which can be seen while he's getting manic and needs a nap. Or if he's accosted by strangers in the grocery store.
He's a human vacuum. Constantly on the move, and always looking to munch.

Okay that's all. Oliver hid the camera and we have more photos, but they're in it!
